Ithaca College congratulates students named to Dean's List for the spring 2014 semester.

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following local students have been named to the Dean's List for Spring 2014.

The State University of New York at Potsdam recently named 355 students who excelled academically in the Spring 2014 semester to the SUNY Potsdam Dean's List.

Fifteen SUNY Potsdam students recently completed study abroad programs across the globe, both in short-term service journeys and in semester-long experiences.

The following students have been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. To be eligible, a student must have completed at least four courses and have grade-point average of 3.6 (based on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Elizabethtown College recognized the accomplishments of the graduating class of 2014. On Saturday, May 17, the following students earned degrees from Elizabethtown College:

This award is granted to the student or students who have distinguished themselves through the exercise of spiritual and/or moral leadership in the college community, or through academic work informed by their religious commitments.

Colby-Sawyer College recognizes students for outstanding academic achievement during the 2014 spring semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours in graded courses.

Students in the Called to Lead program thoughtfully invest their time to develop their leadership skills, understand leadership theories and reflect on ethical and purposeful life work for a better society. The Called to Lead award recognizes senior students who have completed the program by achieving the final level, integrating the themes of life calling and ethical leadership, using both their academic course work and the breadth of their engagement outside the classroom.

The following students have been named to Plymouth State University's President's List. To be named to the President's List, a student must achieve a grade point average of 3.7 or better for the fall semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. These credit hours must be in courses that earn grade points and the student must have completed all such courses attempted.

Colby-Sawyer College's annual Diversity Week celebration was held Feb. 3-7. Each day during Diversity Week Colby-Sawyer community members gathered in the dining hall for the Get to Know Me CSC campaign. The campaign celebrated individuals across gender, nationality, racial and cultural lines.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2013 semester at Assumption College. To make the Dean's List, Assumption students must achieve a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The following students have been named to the Dean's List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall semester of the 2013-2014 academic year.

Nichols College's Office of the Registrar has announced the Dean's List for the fall semester of 2013. The Dean's List gives recognition to those students who achieve high grades during a single semester. In order to be included in the Dean's List, a student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and receive no grade below a C+ during the semester. A student who earns a grade point average of 3.6 or higher is awarded Dean's High Honors.

The State University of New York at Potsdam recently named 851 students to the President's List, in recognition of their academic excellence in the Fall 2013 semester. The SUNY Potsdam students were honored for earning top marks by Interim President Dr. Dennis L. Hefner.

Vocalist in the CSC Singers' 2013 Holiday Concert on Friday, December 13th at 7pm in Gordon Hall at the Sawyer Fine and Performing Arts Center.

Internships are field experiences designed to provide a student learning opportunity under collaborative supervision between Colby-Sawyer College faculty, staff, and work site professionals. Internships offer the opportunity for students to enhance their academic programs with work experience related to career interests in all industry areas in national and international settings.

St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, welcomes the following students as members of the class of 2017. Each first-year student participates in St. Lawrence University's innovative First-Year Program - one of the oldest living-learning programs in the country - helping students make successful transitions from high school to college. Students live together and are taught by faculty teams, developing the writing, speaking, and research skills needed for college. Students continue to develop these skills in a spring First-Year Seminar.

The State University of New York at Potsdam has awarded scholarships, grants and awards to 1,047 students for the 2013-14 academic year. These accomplished SUNY Potsdam undergraduate and graduate students were recognized for their achievements with support for their educational experience.

To be named to the Dean's List at Plymouth State, a student must achieve a grade point average between 3.5 and 3.69 during the spring semester and must have attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester. These credit hours must be in courses that earn grade points and the student must have completed all such courses attempted.
